• All jackets are custom-made after order is placed; hence, cancellations or refunds cannot be accommodated once production starts.
• For alteration in sizes customer must contact within 24 hours of the order placement time.
• Refund requests are processed within 15 to 45 days, varying based on individual cases for different reasons.
• Return processing takes approximately 15-20 days, with credited amounts reflecting on your account within 30 days.
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method, covering item(s) cost and applicable taxes.
• Non-refundable: Shipping and handling costs.
• Products returned for a refund receive a 100% store credit.
• Actual shipping costs are deducted for items returned against a refund.
• For sizing issues, full refunds may not be issued due to post-order size confirmation. However, exchanges are possible with customers covering return shipping costs.
• Damage to the product(s) caused by the customer or used products are ineligible for refund/exchange.

• We don’t deliver to P.O. Boxes, hotels, army bases, police stations, bars, pubs, or freight forwarders.
• Free shipping is available for orders from the US, Canada, UK, and Australia.
• We also don’t deliver products to ISRAEL.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times:
We offer various shipping methods all over the world except ISRAEL. The timeframes in the table below are for shipment days and don’t include handling or production time. It usually takes 3-5 working days to process an order depending upon unforeseen reasons.

We’ll cover additional shipping costs: 20%, 30%, and 50% for Express, Standard, and Economy orders, respectively on orders with more than two items. We’re committed to fair and transparent shipping practices.

Damaged in Transit:
If your product is damaged during transit, contact Customer Support within 48 hours to intimate us timely.
To claim a product damaged in transit, provide a recorded unpacking video and clear images to our Customer Support. This ensures a thorough verification process following our protocols.
